A tropical retreat on Phuket Island

Welcome to Sansuri Penthouse 1

We hope you enjoy your time in our little slice of paradise in Phuket.

We’ll cover the most essential things you need to know upfront, but if you’d love more ideas and suggestions on what to do in the area and maintaining the apartment, please see our property directory and local guide to Surin Beach.

Getting Settled into Sansuri

Although our Penthouse apartment is privately owned, you still need to register your arrival with front reception per Thai regulations. If you’ve not already done so, see the lovely ladies downstairs with your passports.

You will need to insert the keycard kept near the front door into the electricity slot to activate the air-conditioning. You may find some appliances need plugging in, too.

The fridge and pantry are set up with some basics to get you started  – we only ask if you use anything up, please replace before you leave : )

There are instruction manuals for all appliances, additional power plugs and almost anything you could need in the kitchen draws – help yourself to what you may need (and Google Translate can be your friend!)

On Your Last Day – Leaving Sansuri

When its time to leave Sansuri, we ask you to work through this short checklist:

  • Dispose of any perishable food left in the fridge or pantry, and empty the coffee machine, kettle etc.
  • Please take the rubbish out as it may be a few days later before the cleaners are in.
  • No need to remove the bedding etc, this will all be taken care of.
  • Check the walls for any of your own converter plugs, and return any you have borrowed to the kitchen drawer.
  • Double check the washing machine, bedroom cupboards etc, for your personal possessions as we have no way to return them to you!
  • Turn off all fans and aircon units.
  • Make sure the security camera is uncovered/back on.
  • Remove the power key from the wall near the front door, place it on the shoe rack where you found it.
  • Return the key to front reception (or by arrangement leave in the room if you’re leaving out of reception hours).

We hope you have a pleasant stay at Sansuri. Please contact Keri (+971 529 869 479) or Brad (+971 506 433 091) should any emergencies arise during your stay. Email us any non-urgent maintenance issues to sansurip1@gmail.com
